FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions

How will I know when my cleaning days are?
-
3 ways:
- During sign up, you will receive a welcome email with your first service date.
- Log into your account: when you log onto your account, click on the sidebar on the “Subscription details” tab to see when your next cleaning is.
- Text alerts: We try to make it easier on you by sending text messages the night before your cleaning, as well as the morning of your cleaning when our driver is on their way. When signing up make sure to select that you want to receive SMS text messages for this feature to work.
How often should bins be cleaned?
Quarterly visits are our most popular option, yet our monthly service plan is ideal for larger families with more waste accumulation.
What if I need to reschedule my cleaning?
Log into your account: On the left hand side of the account is a tab labeled “Availability Calendar”. When you click this, you will be able to select all dates that you are unavailable. Our system will automatically schedule your next visit beyond this date.
Do you offer one time cleanings?
Once you click sign up, you will see our available options to choose from. A one time cleaning is typically more expensive than our recurring visits, due to the length of time needed to get the bin clean!
Why Should I Clean My Trash Bins?
Waste bins are a breeding ground for bacteria, odor & pests. Salmonella, E. coli and listeria flourishes here, just to name a few.
Why is it cheaper per visit for monthly subsciptions?
Due to the gunk and build up that accumulates it takes more time to wash and clean those bins that are not on a consistent cleaning schedule!
